I was shocked to find out that while I purchased restaurants.com gift certificates on January 1st and when I tried to use them on January 2nd, they told me "they stopped taking them on December 31st". Rather than accepting them and contacting restaurants.com, I was told "we have spoken to them many times and they have not fixed it". I in turn contacted restaurants.com who informed me that their relationship with Crown Cafe & Tavern was still in place and that they should not reject the cards, but the damage has been done. It is sad that a restaurant looking to drive business would treat their customers this way. When I asked for a manager, I was told "there are no managers available". Save yourself a headache - there are many other great places in Breckenridge ... give them your business.
