You'll enjoy our waffles, pancakes, omelettes, and eggs benedict. A full selection of specialty coffees and espressos are offered to enjoy with your meal or available "to go". Lunch is served from 11am to 3pm offering many selections of salads, soups, large sandwiches, 1/2 pound hamburgers as well as tasty daily specials. Outside dining is offered on the deck in summer. Located upstairs from Downstairs at Erics.”

Nice quiet place to go for breakfast. Great food, Low prices, friendly staff, what more could you ask for! I will be back everytime im in Breck.
What can I say? If you see a restaurant that has a line out the door during a town's "off" season, you make a note to check it out! My husband and I decided to go to Columbine Cafe for breakfast and were impressed with the large portions and very warm setting. We were quickly greeted by our server and before I asked, was poured a hot cup of coffee. Our food came out within 10 minutes of ordering it, which was impressive with how crowded the restaurant was at the time. My only complaint was the long wait to get in, but now I know why this place is so popular!
