This is one of my favorite breakfast spots in Park City. The EE has two dining rooms with views of Main Street. Both have nice fireplaces in the winter. Went there yesterday and the food was excellent, as usual. The service is always prompt and the coffee comes in its own pitcher at your table, so you never run out. I usually go with the eggs benedict with their homemade hollandaise sauce and side of fresh cut potatoes, however, yesterday I tried the Hungry Miner skillet and was definitely impressed. The portion was huge and the price was right for Main Street. The EE always seems busy, but I rarely have to wait for a table. It's no wonder this place has been around for so long.
