Riverhorse consistently ranks at the top of all restaurants in Park City. It is a favorite of every editor at Ski Town Restaurants, and it never ceases to exceed all expectations. The food and service are some of the best you will find anywhere in Utah.
Located in a modern, upstairs space directly on Main Street, Riverhorse features an expansive main dining room with high ceilings and abundant light through large windows both towards the front and in the ceiling. This, combined with the exposed brick, give Riverhorse the feeling of a swanky downtown loft. During the warmer months, Riverhorse features a deck that overhangs Main Street. This is one of the best spots in Park City to enjoy a summer sunset while sipping a glass of wine. The newly remodeled bar is also a good spot to grab a cocktail while waiting for your table on busy nights.
The menu at Riverhorse changes with the seasons, but long-time local favorites like the Macadamia Nut Crusted Alaskan Halibut or the Beef Filet Mignon are always available. Be sure to ask your server about their current seasonal offerings.

Since its opening in 1987, The Riverhorse has been highly regarded by both restaurant critics and the dining public. The elegant but casual dining room is one of Park City's most spectacular settings.
In 1995, the Riverhorse became the first restaurant in Utah to receive the DiRoNA Award. This very prestigious honor, dedicated to “excellence in dining”, was bestowed that year on only 223 restaurants from throughout all of North America. The Riverhorse has maintained this distinguished honor each year since.
On January 16th, 2000 the Riverhorse received the ultimate honor in the hospitality industry, when it was selected by the Mobil Travel Guide as one of the top 108 restaurants in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The Riverhorse is the first restaurant in Utah to ever receive this highly coveted award and the only restaurant in the state to ever be honored with both the DiRoNA Award and the Mobil Four Star Award.
