They don't open until 8 am for breakfast - a little late. Service is slow, slow, slow. I can take until 9 am just to get coffee.

When Squatters first opened, I was very concerned that they wouldn't make it. The food was inferior to their SLC location, and the service was simply a disaster. I was so upset at the end of my meal there that I asked from my money back! I know many locals who shared my experience when Squatters first opened their doors, and many who convinced me that it was just a rough opening and to go back. So I did, I went back a few months ago and was blown away with their upgrades in food quality, fast service, and a full house of happy customers. I ordered the Tilapia Salad (which was truly scrumptious) and a Hummus appetizer (again, very good!). Since my pleasant experience, I've continued to go back almost on a weekly basis to eat different menu items and sample their beer. The Ahi Tuna Tacos are some of the better fish tacos in town, and if you like Jambalaya, you'll love it here! I always leave a happy and very full customer.
