The Farm features seasonal menus, but mainstay standouts include Rainbow Trout, Cassoulet of Lamb, and Free Range Fried Chicken. The exhibition kitchen allows you to get a glimpse of your meal as it's being prepared. The Farm is located on the Canyons Ski Beach, across from the base of the Red Pine Gondola.
The Farm is open for dinner nightly from 5pm - 9:30pm. Lunch and Apres served Thurs - Sun from 11:30am - 5pm.
