Baja Cantina is open daily from 11:30am – 10pm.
We have been eating at Baja for at least 20 years. Never a complaint until tonight. Arrived at 6:45 and waited around 20 minutes for a table which was to be expected. When we were seated we were immediately greeted by a busser who got our Chips, Salsa and Water Then the nightmare began our server was a girl named Ali Who did absolutely nothing but throw our drinks and dinner on the table and then ignore us for the rest of our meal. She came to our table and took both our drink and dinner orders at the same time, Came back and delivered them both at the same time, then hung out with the hosts until she noticed we were done. When we requested extra salsa for our dinners she refused to bring it stating the company policy was only 1 salsa per table. She brought us our ticket and waited near the table to pick up the check. sorry but the tip equaled the service. bad service = bad tip.
Always go there when Legends (at Payday lift) is crowded (like at Sundance). Small bar. Fair food.
Great Mexican food at a great price. Some of the best salsa around. Get there early and be prepared to wait, as it is always crowded...for good reason.
Last winter was my first trip to Park City and I was impressed by many things. Epic skiing, deep powder, and the best/cheapest/largest appetizer I've ever had! Baja's Chicken Flautas were almost better than my 2 foot powder day. Take your wife, take your ski buddy, take your whole family and enjoy the huge servings after skiing. I also recommend the T.J. Taxi, Fajitas, and the Deer Valley Quesadilla. My single and small complaint about Baja is the very small and overcrowded waiting area that gets jammed with people. Get there early, because the secret is out!!!
Would definately recommend this place for a great time after skiing. The chicken flautos are amazing and the margs are good for Utah drinks. The server and bartender (Megan and Laura) were friendly and definately made our group feel right at home.
