Located in the heart of Old Town on Main Street in Park City, UT, Yuki Arashi offers the freshest seasonal fish flown in from the West Coast and Japan. Yuki Arashi's menu consists of traditional Japanese sushi, sashimi, tempura, maki and Asian tapas. Their Asian tapas are a contemporary mix of Korean, Japanese and French cuisine, featuring the best seasonal ingredients. Yuki Arashi's tapas plates are designed to encourage sampling and sharing at the table.
 
The blend of wood, light and stone décor inside Yuki Arashi offers a festive ambiance and unique dining atmosphere. Seating is available at the sushi bar, in the main dining room, or in their popular tatami room. Yuki Arashi put a spin on the traditional Japanese style tatami room and have created a warm and intimate environment that can seat a romantic party of two or host a large party for those special occasions.
 
Executive Chef, Lita Muliadi presents a myriad of dishes that highlight her approach to Asian cuisine with French influences. Yuki Arashi's wine list includes a full bar as well as an abundant selection of specialty sakes that pair well with their menu items.

Yuki Arashi is open for dinner 7 days a week from 5:30- Close and lunch from Wed -Sunday 11:30 - 3:00 pm.

There is not a sushi bar in Utah that is anywhere close to this place. It is perfectly outstanding. I dodn't usually do these reviews, so I'll keep it short. GO! The small plate dishes really make it stand out from the crowd. Mostly cooked like killer seabass and lamb lollipops....

I found this little gem fall of last year. Every time I have been their I have been impressed. Adam is my family's favorite chef! I have never had better sushi in all my travels. I am a sushi snob.

The salmon just melted in your mouth, we were seated at a great booth, great sushi, we live in park city and this will be the place to come for sushi. We moved here from NYC so we know what good sushi tastes like.

Excellent service and atmosphere. The place was packed and we received our food in a timely manner. The owner was very friendly and stopped by to check in on us. Don't know the name of the sushi chef, but he was bald and made excellent sushi.

Great Sushi bar! Great place to have drinks and some sushi before hitting up the night life on Main Street. Try the Duck Tapas dish and the Tuna Poki, had both and both were outstanding.

Cedric is a great sushi chef at Yuki and has some of his on creations that aren't on the menu. Definitely one of the better spots in town for good hand rolls and dinner with friends.
