Wasatch became Park City's first brewery since Prohibition in 1986. Featuring hand-crafted brews and ales such as Polygamy Porter, 1st Amendment Lager, and Evolution Amber Ale, Wasatch Brew Pub and Brewery has become a staple of any visit to Park City.
This was our last stop in PC this year, but definitely not our last ever. We enjoyed the beers and food equally. The Polygamy Porter and the Evolution Ale were both very good - hard to compare because the taste and styles were completely different. We ordered the ABCLT and S (avocado, bacon, chicken, lettuce, tomato and swiss) and the Buffalo Burger, both served with Sweet Potato Fries. There was no up charge for the sweet pot fries, which is uncommon at most restaurants. Both sandwiches were great, ABCLT&S had great flavor combo and the Burger was very juicy. However our only issue was that they do not offer a free small samples of their many beers. We understand why, but it is hard to pick from one person's description on a menu. Though the beers are NOT overpriced, so not too big of a risk.
Best Cobb Salad in Utah. Fish and Chips is second choice. Relaxed atmosphere; friendly local service with a smile. Have a local beer too.
Service was good. Definitely recommend their raspberry brew. I'm not much of a beer drinker, but I loved it! We had the garlic hummus as our appetizer and it was delicious. The fish and chips platter was decent as well, but I think it may have been sitting under the heat lamp for a bit.
The Brew Pub is one of my favorite restaurants in Park City! I take my family there at least once a week and LOVE their Cobb Salad. The outdoor patio is enjoyable in the summertime and the servers are always friendly.
