Purple Sage emerged is a stunningly beautiful American Western restaurant, unique to Park City and Main Street. Purple Sage’s menu features favorites of the old west with an upscale twist. Menu highlights include sugar and chile cured duck breast on green chile macaroni, and their award winning tender veal meatloaf with a hint of roasted poblanos and pine nuts.
“The long, narrow dining room is lined with purple, milk-glass lampshades that lend a soft, warm glow complimented by purple-tufted booths. Hand-painted scrims of purple sage stems hang from the ceiling, dividing the booths and creating an intimate dining experience. In the back, the bar area tables are surrounded by a western scene of bucking bronco riders, majestic purple mountains and lots of big blue sky, painted by local artist Wes Wright. Diners in the private dining room upstairs can watch skiers maneuver a tree-lined run or see bustling tourists on Main Street below. Summer dining is on the picket fence-enclosed deck, lined with umbrellas and a galaxy of tiny lights.”
Purple Sage is open for dinner seven nights a week starting at 5:30pm.
