We had an early lunch recently at Red Rock Brewery Park City. Felt the prices were a little spendy. Ordered Weekend Brunch Trout and Eggs, asked for over medium eggs and got less cooked than over easy eggs, little too wiggly for me, breakfast spuds were frozen steak fries warmed up with cheese. For $16 bucks, not a great choice. The waitress was good, willing to deduct the price of a beer for the under cooked eggs. Ordered "fresh squeezed orange juice Mimosa', tiny glass and watched bartender open a bottle of OJ from the store to mix the drink. Table of 4, $100.00 with tip...hum... Lots of choices in the area, not sure I would return soon.
food not bad, beer alot better! if your looking for a decent lunch then OK, if your looking for a great dinner then not so much. diner type menu thats served all day. so nothing special for the dinner crowd. atmosphere good but very cold and loud when busy. by the way folks, all PC restaurants are busy during ski season - so busy doesn't mean good !!
If you've ever walked past Red Rock, you'll notice that its ALWAYS busy! Why? Because it's damn good! They've always got great beer selections (my fav is Oatmeal Stout) and their menu is delish! They've got great oven roasted pizzas, pastas, burgers, soups, veg-head food, and healthy pub grub. Plus my hubbie and I have always been treated well. My only complaint is that because it's so popular, sometimes we have to make sure to head there extra early so we avoid the dinner rush wait list!
Great location and perfect for a family. Don't have to worry about the kids getting too loud. Catch a movie or go bowling after dinner and your family will be happy. Try the Oatmeal Stout - excellent.
Food is ordinary at best. Service is spotty too. Now that Maxwell's is open, there is no reason to go here.
