Grappa is consistenly ranked one of the best restaurants found on Main Street Park City. Located in a restored hotel from Park City's mining days, Grappa is set on three different levels, with floor-to-ceiling windows that give excellent views of Main Street and their outdoor dining patios.
Grappa is an Italian Cafe that features a menu of pastas and signature Italian entrees. Menu favorites include Osso Bucco, seared Duck Breast, Filet Mignon Toscano and Horseradish Encrusted Salmon.
“Bill White’s signature restaurant raised the stakes of dining in Park City from the moment it opened. Imagine yourself in a rustic but elegant Tuscan farmhouse with fresh wildflowers cascading over the sun-drench decks in summer. Table service is as good as it gets and dishes like the grape salad with gorgonzola, roasted walnuts, and champagne vinaigrette and the osso buco are simply sensational. Grappa’s wine list is one of the best in the state, especially for hard-to-find Italian wines. Reservations are a must, particularly during the Sundance Film Festival when it’s the place to be seen.”
