3. Legends Bar and Grill - New this year is a Kobe Beef masterpiece with a spicy aioli sauce...worth every penny.

4. The Grub Steak - This burger is only available at lunch, but it's low price and optional salad bar are a great combo.

All 3 Park City Ski Resorts Are Open!

As of this past Saturday Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, and The Canyons are open for business. However, with small amount of snowfall we've had so far, the skiing conditions are not ideal. All three resorts are running only a few lifts and just a couple runs. The days have been nice though and the skiing and riding has been surprisingly good. Both Park City and The Canyons have terrain parks open, and the snow has been fast and carve-able.

The big news around town however is the approaching change in weather patterns that is supposed to happen this weekend. The high pressure ridge will move out on Saturday, with a cold and wet pattern to follow. It will be much colder, with the possibility of a week or more of consistent snowfall. We definitely need the snow in Park City, but last year started off strikingly similar, so there is still hope. Stay tuned and pray for snow...
