Mahogany Ridge Brewery & Grill - Steamboat Springs
Mahogany Ridge Brewery & Grill is a Steamboat hotspot for local beers, incredible Happy Hour, and a creative menu found nowhere else in town. The two-level dining room features a large bar area and is completely non-smoking. Mahogany Ridge’s menu features a large number of creative vegetarian selections, along with a “Dipping Menu” that features over 15 sauces for dipping a large selection of meats and veggies. The brewery at Mahogany Ridge creates fresh, hand-crafted beers like the famous Alpenglow Ale that is a favorite among Steamboat locals. There is also a large outdoor patio area and live music every Friday and Saturday night.
Mahogany Ridge is open daily for dinner at 4pm, and features one of the best Happy Hours in Steamboat.

This place is awesome!! Casey Roach is the best. I reccomend the Filet Mignon with the twice baked potato. If I ever need a snack I'll call in an order of mashed potatoes with gravy, can't get any better than that. And they have the best root beer in the world!!!!
Stay away from the 'natural raised bone chicken' ! (Maple Glazed) Last Friday nite I had a rough bout of food poisoning from this which put me down for 24 hours. When I talked to the gentlemen from the restaurant the next day, he 'suggested' that I might have gotten it elsewhere. Only problem with that theory is until that dinner, I had shared everything with either my wife or the couple we were with right down to the power bar we split while snowboarding and I was the only one to get sick. Mind you, I grew up with six sisters who learned to cook by feeding my cast iron stomach. It was the chicken!!!
Was told there was no Brew Pub in Steamboat. Found it almost by accident. Hit happy hour. The beer and Tapas are great. Don't miss it
The food is phenomenal. The beer is pretty good. I happened to trip over the step in the stage area and did horrible damage to my knee...this is a hazard since they push the tables so close to the stage area. I am surprised the Fire Department has not made them get rid of the step!
I went there in February with a group of girls. My friend asked a wine recommendation. The owner was very annoyed even though we ordered several bottles. The food was great so I attempted to return tonight with another couple. We weren't able to make a reservation. When we put our name on the list, they wouldn't offer a time range. Again, the owner acted annoyed and was rude. Personally, I think there are a lot of great restaurants in Steamboat who appreciate customers. I would try one of those despite the great food.
called in to make a reservation and was told they were booked solid that is a good sign that it is a popular place but when i asked what the wait time was i was told not long...not long? what does that mean? 15 min 30 min? so i passed on the place not wanting to wait an unknown amount of time for a table.
The eclectic menu with excellent specials, and a chill bar scene make this a top pick in downtown Steamboat . Renee is about as pleasant of a server you will ever meet,
Very good food, although as a beer freak, their IPA had next to no taste. I consider myself a true beer expert and their IPA tasted more like a watered down brown ale, maybe 3% alcohol at best, and IBU,s, somewhere near 20, which is nowhere near the 60 to 70 where an IPA should be.

Great place for apres-ski. Handcrafted brews, exceptional food, and a great atmosphere makes it the best place to round out any day in Steamboat. It does get busy, so call ahead if you plan on having dinner. My recommedation - try the Spicy Tuna Ceviche and a pint of Alpenglow.

Very popular so best book. Great beer and excellent food. Live music adds to the fun.
Fantastic restaurant. The name implies a typical brewery restaurant, but in reality this place has a menu that far surpasses expectations. Incredible dipping sauces as well as a diverse appetizer menu. Highly recommend.
