We invite you to discover Winter Park’s newest restaurant that has created a buzz in town. Located on the third floor of Cooper Creek Square with views of the Continental Divide, Da Vinci restaurant serves authentic northern Italian cuisine in a vibrant and casual atmosphere.
Owner and executive chef Leo Shukan was born and raised in Eastern Europe in the Carpathian Mountain region. He immigrated to the United States in the mid- 1990′s. As a 2002 graduate of the Art Institute of Colorado, Leo earned a Bachelor’s degree in applied science in culinary arts. His extensive experience working under top chefs of Italian and French backgrounds in New York and Denver over the past 15 years lead him to start a successful fine dining catering company in Denver in 2010 called Euro Catering.
His passion to own a restaurant propelled him to move forward with his dream. The concept behind DaVinci is to create modern, contemporary art of Italian cuisine with a heavy classical French technique. Gathering a strong team of professionals out of Denver, DaVinci brings fine dining with a casual atmosphere to Winter Park. The mission is basic and clear, “simplicity is the ultimate satisfaction”.
